As a member of our Customer Care team, you will provide support to our Small Business customers to process payments, answer questions, and provide value added solutions related to our suite of products and services. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle all customer interactions efficiently and professionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Receive inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding questions and/ or issues with products and services.
- Process payments.
- Guide customers through our suite of internet hosting tools.
- Educate customers on products and services.
- Support cross-sell/ up-sell initiatives by assessing customer needs and offering value added solutions.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Working knowledge of internet, email, and website technology
- Prior experience working in a call center environment
