The Maintenance Consultant is the central point of contact for our customers, vendors, and internal teams seeking design related support on websites post launch. Working in a high volume production environment, you work directly with the customer to gather information needed to update their website and support their needs. Working with the other internal teams and vendors, you convey customer’s requests to the appropriate teams allowing changes to be successfully applied to the live website, review any changes for accuracy and deliver completed changes to clients.
Monitor email accounts and ticketing system for incoming maintenance requests
Communicate with customers by phone and email to receive website changes, answer questions, review completed changes and set client’s expectations for next steps, timelines, etc.
Create clear and concise instructions to provide to the development teams, to ensure the changes are getting done properly and in a timely fashion.
Quickly and efficiently prioritize projects to identify which project to complete first. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Ability to adjust to an environment with ongoing change related to evolving product definition and process improvements.
Assist with additional projects as requested. Perform other duties as assigned
High School (or equivalent)
2 or more years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently
Utilize documentation effectively and communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
