Arlene Joan Donaher
1956 – 2018
Arlene Joan Donaher, wife of Harold Donaher of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the age of 61. Born in Boiestown, NB she is the daughter of Elizabeth (Allain) Case, of Boiestown, NB and the late Hedley Case.
Arlene was a very dedicated mother and worked at various jobs. Arlene belonged to the Miramichi River Runners, Miramichi Running Club, as well as the Biking Babes. She was also an avid curler.
Besides her husband Harold and mother Elizabeth, Arlene is survived by two daughters: Ashlee of Fredericton, NB and Amanda of Miramichi, NB; one sister: Alana Betts (Murray) of Doaktown, NB; two brothers: Allan Case (Sharon) of Douglastown, NB and Arden Case of Boiestown, NB; two aunts: Joline Munn of Boiestown, NB and Roberta Palmer of Saint John, NB; one uncle: Lee Allain of Sussex, NB; two nieces: Emily Case and Angela Rogers; two nephews: Billy Case and Troy Betts; one great niece Megan Rogers and one great nephew Kyle Rogers.
Arlene was predeceased by her father Hedley Case.
Visitation will held at Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Nelson-Miramichi on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 11 AM with Father Arnie Hachey officiating and assisted by Father Leon Creamer. Burial will be in St. Joachim’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Boiestown, NB later in the spring.
