Eel Ground Powwow - Natoaganeg

July 18th – 21st, 2019

The Eel Ground First Nation Annual Powwow is held on the third weekend of July each year.

It is located at the Powwow grounds on Riverview Road East overlooking the Miramichi River.

This is our community’s cultural, spiritual and social event of the year.

It is our time to showcase the drumming, dancing and regalia of the First Nation people.

It is a perfect opportunity to experience First Nation Culture.


Thursday July 18th:

6:00 am - Sunrise Ceremony at the Powwow Grounds

7:00 am - Breakfast for Elders & Powwow Workers

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Vendors Registration

$50.00 Non-Electric Site

$100.00 Electric site

12 ft x 12ft for each site for weekend



Friday July 19th:

6:00 am - Sunrise Ceremony at the Powwow Grounds

7:00 am - Breakfast for Elders & Powwow Workers

9:00 am - Vendors Registration
