Outdoor Walk and Tone at Middle Island
Mango is having a FREE Outdoor Walk and Tone every Monday in July from 9:15-10:00am at Middle Island.
This is led by a certified Fitness NB instructor Tobi Desveaux.
It will feature walking alternating with strength training using resistance bands.
It is for men and women of all ages and fitness levels!
We hope to see you there!
Options will be demonstrated in order for all participants to be challenged and comfortable!
