Event Details - Mental Health Literacy Training

Attention parents, students, and citizens of Miramichi, James M. Hill will be hosting the first ever mental health literacy training! It is completely free, and lunch will be provided. Participants will learn how to maintain good mental health, reduce stigma, have greater understanding of mental illnesses and treatment, and increase help-seeking efficacy.
