Event Details - Black History Month Celebration in Miramichi

Come celebrate African and Caribbean culture in Miramichi. Free admission. Music, dancing, traditional food and 12 drummers from Burundi.

5:30 PM Welcome

6:00 PM Special presentation of all the countries represented in Miramichi, dance and percussion performances with local artists, The Maritime Center for African Dance in Nova Scotia and last but not least, the Remesha Drummers originally from Burundi now living in Ottawa.

8:00 PM Dance with DJ and lots of traditional finger food from African and Caribbean countries.
