Join us for the premiere of Qaqsoss Naka Wahantuhsis (Fox & the Tiny Demon), the first-ever animated feature film created in New Brunswick and produced in the endangered Wolastoqey language. This groundbreaking film, directed by Tara Audibert, takes you on a powerful journey through an enchanted forest, following a brave fox named Qaqsoss as she confronts her inner demons with the help of a mischievous tiny companion, Wahantuhsis.

The film explores important themes of mental health, resilience, and healing, while celebrating and preserving Indigenous language and culture. With narration by Carole Polchies, a respected Wolastoqey elder, this film offers a heartfelt, cultural experience that will resonate with audiences of all ages. (subtitled in english)
