Arnold Jefferson Arbeau, husband of Mary Helen (Sutherland) Arbeau of Route 8 Upper Blackville NB, passed away Friday March 1st, 2019 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 80.
Born in Upper Blackville NB, he was the son of the late Allen and Winnifred Arbeau.
He was a retired woods foremen for Byron Connors Ltd.
He also was a member of the New Zion United Baptist Church.
Besides his wife Mary, he is survived by two sons, Peter Arbeau (Michelle) of Doaktown and Chris Arbeau (Melanie) of Upper Blackville, three sisters, Barbara Arbeau of Upper Blackville, Debbie Greene (Ed) of Fredericton and Ruth Ann Veno of Upper Blackville, four brothers, Lyman Arbeau (Sharon) of Doaktown, Delbert Arbeau (Bernice) of Doaktown, Marshall Arbeau (Debbie) of Upper Blackville and Paul Arbeau (Karen) of Upper Blackville, three grandchildren Travis, Kaleb and Ciara Jade.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by infant daughters Margaret Ann and Lisa Jayne, two sisters Donna and Wanda.
Arnold Jefferson Arbeau is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 579 Main Street, Doaktown, with visitation on Sunday March 3, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel, 579 Main Street, Doaktown, with Reverend Weaver Amos officiating.
Burial will be in Upper Blackville Baptist Cemetery later in the spring.
In his memory, donations to Miramichi Regional Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
