This 18th century Victorian home houses artifacts from 1850 onward. The famous painting by H.W. Hoyt, “Portrait of Frances Peabody”, founder of Chatham, a history of the Loggie family and First World War artifacts are found here. The original First World War Victory Flag may be of particular interest. The house is used for meetings, craft sales, teas and many social events. This unique home is a special part of the heritage and culture of the region.
