The death of Michael “Anthony” John Haddad husband of Mary (Ward) Haddad of Red Bank, NB, occurred at his residence on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the age of 57.
Born in Sudbury, ON, Anthony was the son of the late Joseph Gabriel and Susan (Augustine) Haddad.
Anthony was a past councilor of Red Bank First Nation for 29 years.
Anthony is survived by his two daughters: Wendy Ward (Edward) of Big Hole Tract, NB, Holly Haddad of Red Bank, NB; one son: Anthony Andrew Haddad (Paula Colford) of Red Bank, NB; five sisters: Rita Labelle, Betty Ann Haddad (Marcel Audette) all of Red Bank, NB, Mary Dale Haddad (Ronnie Jardine) of Eel Ground, NB, Noella Ward (Jerry) of Calgary. AB and Cathy Itwaru (Wally) of Ontario; two brothers: Thomas of Red Bank, NB and Joseph (Brenda) of Sudbury, ON; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Anthony is predeceased by one sister: Mary Margaret Peters and two brothers: Peter and David.
Visitation will be held at his residence 2130 Micmac Road, Red Bank after 6 PM on Tuesday and again of Wednesday.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint Thomas the Apostle Roman Church on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 3 PM with Father Dan Melanson officiating.
Burial will take place in Saint Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in the spring.
In Anthony’s memory a donation may be made to the Red Bank School Program or to the donor’s choice.
