Miramichi's Funeral Announcements Lawrence Denis Savard

Lawrence Denis Savard, husband of Terri Lynn (Beckwith) Savard of Lower Newcastle NB, passed away Tuesday October 22, 2019 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 66.

Born in Tracadie NB, he was the son of the late Hidola and Leonie (Hebert) Savard. He was the owner of Savard’s Auto Body and a member of the Roman Catholic Church.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters Crystal O’Neill (Kirk) of Lower Newcastle and Terri Savard (Darrell Gray )of Pabineau, two sons, Shawn Beckwith of Lower Newcastle and Matthew Bowie of Lloydminster Alberta, four sisters, Leona Savard of California, Donalda (Donna) Wade (Gerald) of Whitney, Patricia LeBlanc (Ron) of Nova Scotia and Delisca Ruffle (Ed) of Victoria BC, six brothers, Rene` (Rita) of Lavillette, Alvere (Jeanine) of Lower Newcastle, Hyacinthe (Lola) of Millbank, Arismon (Joe) (Francis) of Big Ferry Road and Dorismon (Patsy) of Napan, Hidola Savard of Saint John NB, six grandchildren, Owen, Liam, Kristian, Hunter, Skyler and Brooklyn, one great grandchild Kaia.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one son Curtis Peter Paul, brothers, Zephrin, Delphis, Cedric, Lionel and Oliva, sisters, Yvonne, Helene, Belinda and Ectavie.

Lawrence Denis Savard is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, Miramichi, with visitation on Friday from 7-9 and Saturday 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday October 27, at 2 p.m. at The Point Church, with Pastor Kevin Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in All Saints Roman Catholic Cemetery, Millbank.

In his memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society of a memorial of one’s choice would be appreciated.
